Kirsten BFor the last couple of years I have been lucky enough to be selected as part of MG Hair & Makeup's backstage team (from New York) working behind the scenes at the main stage at both Harrogate International Bridal Show and London Bridal Fashion Week.
Both giving me the opportunity to work alongside some of the worlds most prestigious bridal brands such as Dando London, Eliza Jane Howell, Justin Alexander, Morilee and Ronald Joyce.
Working predominately in bridal, this has given me a fantastic insight into the world of bridal fashion, and its great getting a sneak preview of up and coming bridal trends and trying out the latest makeup looks and techniques, and seeing them come to life on the runway.
There is nothing quite like the buzz of back to back shows and working under pressure amongst thousands of glittering designer wedding dresses!
